Brethren of Acacia,

Welcome to what has been a very unusual spring weather wise, and it looks like the worst part, if you can call it that, of the winter is behind us and with luck we will be able to participate in spring activities sooner than normal.

This coming Sunday is also the day we lose 1 hour of sleep when the clocks go ahead.

We find ourselves on the approach to the end of another Masonic Year. It does not get any less busy as we have a bit of work ahead of us before we call it a year.

This month we will be raising a worthy brother to the degree of a Master Mason. We will also have the benefit of the Shrine Degree Team assisting with the work of the evening. We will also be voting on the application for restoration into Acacia by Nicholas Labelle, who took a demit a few years ago.

We will also have the honor of delivering the travelling gavel to St. Andrews Lodge on March 7th.

There is a breakfast upcoming around the middle of the month and ask that you please remember to let the secretary or myself know of your intent to join us and how many will be attending.

In April we will be voting for the worshipful master and officers for the upcoming year.

Derek Brook,
Worshipful Master
